NYC tales: Save Energy
New York like simulation, speculation and theatricality and celebrates them with magnificence in their consecrated places: Times Square, Wall Street and Broadway respectively.
However, the modest and solemn building NY Times is different. Covered with a sober steel striped suit, looks proverbial as their articles and takes distance of the popular and grotesque spectacle of its busy pedestrian plaza. Reproachfully urges the user to use the mechanical doors instead of electric to alleviate the urgent problem of energy and the environment, in this contemporary logic of fluttering butterflies.
Relieved of the burden of saving the world, I just started watching the flutter of its revolving doors that refract like a kaleidoscope, the ominous and everlasting light show in Times Square.
