URBAN SPECULATIONS
Urban speculations developed under the auspices of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and its Center for Research and Graduate Studies in Architecture and Urbanism (CIEP-FA) and the Pratt Institute and the Graduate School of Architecture and Urbanism (GAUD) The following projects are focused on urban resilience, urban destruction, environmental regeneration and urban emergencies specially related with the study of their physical anomalies and Aesthetic potential.
The project proposes aggressively terraform using a protocol of biological mimicry.
The project is a dissertation on the decomposition as a design tool.
Bidimensional speculation about space and aesthetic possibilities of a city generated from a chemical reaction and its inmediate stabilization.
A machine models the existing terrain in a specific period of time. In the end, it dies.
